La vita spesso ci fa dei regali e noi neanche ce ne accorgiamo… ci sono delle cose che fanno dei giri immensi e poi ritornano, come dice una famosa canzone, e meno male dico io! Ed eccomi di fronte a un nuovo inizio, anzi eccomi felice in una vecchia casa di famiglia che finalmente, piano piano, mi sta avvolgendo nuovamente. E mentre sistemo negli scaffali in cucina dei bellissimi bicchieri turchesi avvolti in un vecchio giornale che porta la data del 17 agosto 1990, penso… potessero parlare! Racconterebbero di feste a lume di candela, di Bougainville in fiore, di aria calda che sapeva di zolfo, di primi baci e batticuori, di musica jazz e di gin and tonic, che mamma preparava amorevolmente prima di cena…
Sono passati più di quarant’anni, ma adesso tutto rivive e voglio credere che non sia solo un caso e io ne sono immensamente felice!
